​Kotak Mahindra Bank: These accounts to undergo changes in cash transactions, free cash transaction limit​

Transactions: Customers who frequently conduct cash transactions should be mindful of the reduced free transaction count from 4 to 3 per month. The maximum free cash transaction amount has been lowered from Rs.2 lakh to Rs.1 lakh per month. Any transactions beyond this threshold may attract additional charges.

Customers exceeding the free transaction limit or deposit cap should check the applicable service charges in the updated terms to avoid unexpected fees.

Kotak Edge Saving Account
The minimum Average Monthly Balance (AMB) requirement is Rs.10,000. If the required AMB is not maintained, a fee of 6% of the shortfall will be charged per month, up to a maximum of Rs.500.
