The average property price in Pune is Rs 9,486 per sq ft, which has risen 20.8% Y-o-Y and 7.8% Q-o-Q. The highest demand is for properties priced above Rs 10,000 per sq ft, accounting for 45% of the total demand and 36% of the supply. Hadapsar, Kondhwa-Wanwadi, Baner, Airport Road and Wakad include key micro markets.
