ATM cash withdrawal charges hiked from May 1, 2025: Check latest ATM charges of SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, PNB, Yes Bank

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has hiked ATM cash withdrawal charges from May 1, 2025. The new charges will apply if bank customers exceed their monthly free transaction limits. As per the new rule, banks are permitted to charge a maximum of Rs 23 per transaction if customers exceed their monthly free transaction limits. In addition, applicable taxes will be charged separately. This cap applies to both financial and non-financial transactions.

Here are the latest ATM cash withdrawal charges for the State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank (PNB), IndusInd Bank, and Yes Bank.
