Prime Minister released the 14th installment of the PM KISAN scheme on 27th July, 2023 in Rajasthan. PM Kisan is a Central Sector scheme with 100% funding from Government of India, where beneficiary farmers will receive monetary benefits of Rs 6000 yearly. The fund will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.

How to register a complaint
If any eligible farmers who have not received his Rs 2,000 14th instalment under PM KISAN, can file a complaint with the PM Kisan Helpdesk. From Monday to Friday, you can file a complaint. You can also register your grievances by sending an email.

How to check name in the beneficiary list
Step 1: Go to the official PM KISAN portal
Step 2: Under to ‘Farmers Corner’ and click on the ‘Beneficiary List’ button.
Step 3: Enter the Status, District, Sub-district, Block, Village and click on the ‘Get Report’ button.
PM Kisan eKYC
Another reason why farmers do not receive their PM Kisan Samman Nidhi installments on schedule is improper or absent KYC. For farmers who have registered with PM Kisan, eKYC is required. According to the official website, “eKYC is MANDATORY for PMKISAN Registered Farmers. OTP Based eKYC is available on PMKISAN Portal or nearest CSC centres may be contacted for Biometric based eKYC.”
As per the DBT Agriculture Bihar website, “It is mandatory for the beneficiaries to get eKYC done for the 14th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, otherwise they will be deprived of the benefits of the scheme. Beneficiary can verify eKYC himself through OTP received on his Aadhaar linked mobile number from PM-Kisan. After login through the received OTP, you can do e-KYC for yourself and 10 other beneficiaries or you can do it through biometric method from your nearest CSC / Vasudha center.”
Aadhaar and NPCI linked bank account
As per the DBT Agriculture Bihar website, “Payment of upcoming 14th installment under PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is to be done in Aadhaar and NPCI linked bank account. The Government of India has authorized the Department of Posts to link Aadhaar and NPCI to the bank account of the beneficiaries, so you should contact the nearest post office and open a new (DBT Enabled) account in the India Post Payment Bank (IPPB) without delay, otherwise you will be deprived of the next installment. Will remain deprived.”
How to link bank account to NPCI
Step 1: submit the consent form with all necessary information in either physical or electronic form to bank, post office.
Step 2: In case of moving Aadhaar number from one bank to another bank, the customer should provide the name of the bank from which the Aadhaar is being moved.
Step 3: In case of physical form, the consent form should be duly signed as per the bank records.
Step 4. After seeding is completed the customer may approach their Gas service provider (Oil Marketing Company) for the pending subsidy amount.
After confirming the given information, the branch will next link the customer’s Aadhaar number to their account and to NPCI Mapper. The Aadhaar number will be displayed by the NPCI Mapper.
