What is mPassBook?
mPassBook is a digital version of passbook to ease customers to view their mini statement, transaction details and transaction history on mobile phones.
Now customers can check passbook details in PNB ONE app which is a unified Mobile Banking application enriched with several features providing all banking facilities at a single platform.
PNB customers can view account statement of account and download account statement in PDF from the app.
How to check mpassbook in PNB One App?
All PNB customers with individual account and joint account (mode of operation Self, Proprietorship, Either or Survivor, Former or Survivor, Anyone or Survivor,) can register for PNB ONE.
What are the pre-requisites for using PNB ONE?
a) An active account with Punjab National Bank.
b) Mobile number registered with the Bank.
c) Smart Phone with or above Android version 6.0 and iOS version of 11.0 & above.
Download the PNB One App and follow these simple steps
Step 1: Click on “New User”.
Step 2: Enter Account number and select appropriate option for registration as per your choice as displayed- Mobile banking or Both( Internet Banking & Mobile banking)
Step 3: An OTP will be delivered to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to proceed further.
Choose option to register from:
(i) Registration using Debit Card
(ii) Registration without Debit Card
(iii) Registration using Aadhaar OTP
Step 4: For, registration using debit card, enter your linked Card number and PIN number. For without debit card registration, user needs to enter his account related details along with answering of security questions
Step 5: Set your login/transaction password & TPIN.
Step 6: After completing above-mentioned steps, on successful registration, you will get a success message with “User id” for login.
Step 7: Click on “Sign in” at the bottom of the page.
Step 8: Enter your User id and Set your MPIN. Login with these credentials in PNB One.
To view all of your transactions after logging into the app, scroll down and select the mpassbook icon under other services.
