According to the Reserve Bank of India holiday list 2025, all banks and their branches will remain open across the country on January 13, 2025. On January 14, banks are closed in some states, such as Gujarat, Karnataka, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim, Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Arunachal Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh on the occasion of Makara Sankranti/Uttarayana Punyakala/Pongal/Maghe Sankranti/Magh Bihu/Birthday of Hazarat Ali.
