Before starting a conversation, customer must ensure to check “green tick” along with Punjab National Bank’s profile name on WhatsApp to ensure that this is a genuine Punjab National Bank’s WhatsApp Banking Account.”

Please note that in order to verify that this is a legitimate Punjab National Bank’s WhatsApp Banking Account before beginning a conversation, customers must make sure to check the “green tick” next to the profile name of Punjab National Bank on WhatsApp.
Step 3: A message with Menu will appear as a response message. You can start using all the available services offered by Punjab National Bank instantly using the menu.
