ICICI Bank launches ‘SmartLock’: How to use this new safety feature on iMobile Pay

With just a click, users can take control of their account security by locking and unlocking their access to credit and debit cards, online banking, UPI (including payments made from other UPI applications connected to the bank account), and more.

This feature allows customers to temporarily disable a certain financial service. Additionally, they may utilise it in the event of a potential scam. It’s important to remember that the “SmartLock” function enables E-mandates and scheduled standing instructions (SI) to be processed even when a consumer locks a financial service.

Step 1: Login to iMobile Pay

Step 2: Click on ‘SmartLock’ feature on the bottom right corner of the home screen

Step 3: Click on the key banking services that you wish to lock/unlock

Step 4: Swipe to confirm
