Binance introduces the ‘Word of the Day’ game, offering users a chance to share 500,000 Binance Points. Learn more about the game mechanics and rewards.
Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has announced the launch of a new game called ‘Word of the Day’ (WOTD). According to Binance, this game will allow users to share a pool of 500,000 Binance Points, which can be redeemed for BNB token vouchers and trading fee rebate vouchers.
Game Mechanics and Participation
The WOTD game is designed to enhance users’ cryptocurrency vocabulary and knowledge. During the activity period from September 9, 2024, to September 15, 2024, eligible users can participate in the game by answering questions related to the theme of the week, which is ‘Trading Signals’.
Users can participate in up to two WOTD games per day. To unlock the second game, participants need to share selected articles on social media and ensure the shared link is clicked by a third party. Users who answer a total of five questions correctly during the activity period will equally share the 500,000 Binance Points pool.
New User Incentives
New users who register on Binance using the referral code ‘WOTD2024’ or via a specific referral link during the activity period will receive a 10% discount on spot trading fees. Additionally, new users may qualify for extra welcome rewards by completing specific tasks within 14 days of registration.

Binance Points are part of Binance’s loyalty program, allowing users to accumulate points through various activities and tasks available in the Rewards Hub. These points can be used to claim rewards such as token vouchers and trading fee rebates.
Terms and Conditions
Participation in the WOTD game is governed by specific terms and conditions, including Binance’s general terms of use and privacy policy. Users from eligible regions who complete account verification can participate and receive rewards. Binance Points will be distributed within two weeks after the activity ends, and users can redeem rewards via the Rewards Hub. Each Binance Point will expire on the last day of the month of distribution in the following year if not used.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants engaged in dishonest behavior or tampering with the program. The company also retains the discretion to amend or cancel the activity and its terms without prior notice.
This new initiative by Binance aims to engage its user base in educational activities while offering tangible rewards, further solidifying its position as a leading platform in the cryptocurrency space.
