It is impossible to know everything about everything, especially in the case of markets, which are extremely volatile, uncertain and unpredictable. As Charlie Munger suggests, acknowledging what you don’t know is the dawning of wisdom. So, in case you are unable to understand certain trading strategies, or how futures and options work, it is best to accept that you don’t know it. Do not plunge into what you don’t understand blindly, just because a scheme or strategy promises lucrative returns.
